19th Jul 2010 - Mobile Friendly Websites Released

You can now see your FolioStop website working in all its glory on mobile phones!

Pick up any smart phone (iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre etc) and check it out. We have formatted your website to suit the smaller screen size of a smart phone because we feel that its crucial our customers' sites are accessible by those on the go.

Our next move is to provide an HTML version of the websites for those visitors who do not have the Flash player installed. This will be of use for people viewing the site from iPad.

As temperatures rise in July, it seems appropriate to award this months much coveted award to Little Devil Spices. Taking full advantage of FolioStop's new animation feature, they've really turned the heat up and raised the bar with this engaging and playful website. 14th May 2010 - Version 2 released

We are very pleased to announce the release of FolioEdit V2, in conjunction with some significant upgrades to the whole FolioStop system.

New Features at a Glance

- Add Animations to your site (see example)
- Multiple background images (see example1, see example2)
- Create graphical buttons / links

New FolioEdit functionality

We have re-designed the layout and functionality of FolioEdit to make it more manageable and easier to use, and to incorporate the new features highlighted above. Major changes include:-

- Centralised edit window - now there are less windows so your screen can stay clearer

- Preview your site layout and colour scheme directly in FolioEdit

- Save multiple colour themes so you can test out new ideas without losing your old settings

- Save text styles and give them titles for use through the site

- Much more advanced colour palette selector - unlimited colours

- Save your own colour 'swatches' for quick access

- Add images to your website layers and preview how they will look on different screen sizes

- Add animations to your website

3rd Nov 2009 - A new interface for FolioEdit!

All design options are now grouped together in categories. So, anything you want to change in relation to colour (be it text font colour, button colour or general layout colour) can now be found in one place. Where? You guessed it - the 'Colour' tab. This new interface will simplify and speedify the editing process.

14th Oct 2009 - E-commerce now available on FolioStop!

You may begin to make use of "Buy it now" and "Add to cart" buttons in order to profit even more from your FolioStop website. By setting up an account with PayPal you can use their services to guide your customers through the checkout process quickly, smoothly and, most importantly, securely! Give it a go, and watch the money roll in.

14th Oct 2009 - Layout previews

Selecting a suitable layout is now even simpler - once a layout style has been clicked in FolioEdit, a small visual representation of it will appear. This enables you to choose a layout without changing the physical appearance of your live website. You can also make use of this when choosing gallery styles. The increased usability this brings to FolioEdit will make your editing as smooth and simple as possible, making it even quicker to get a great-looking website.

Individual gallery styles are now available, allowing you to change various aspects of your layout without having to change the layout itself. Image, movie and audio galleries can now be individually tailored, supporting two central FolioStop ideals: versatility and individuality.

You can now position your background image in relation to nine points – top left, center left, bottom left etc. This can also be done with your content area image.
